We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take the lead on a suite of innovative HR and employment-related products at the heart of a fast-scaling global tech function. The Role: This is a high-impact opportunity where you’ll drive the product strategy and execution across HR tech systems used globally. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, finance, and HR, you’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery. You’ll be: Owning and delivering the product strategy and roadmap. Driving product discovery through market research, customer interviews, and data analysis. Building end-to-end Products and working closely with engineering to launch at pace. Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience. Monitoring product performance and iterating based on data insights. What We’re Looking For: Experience building or managing HR tech, RecTech, employment products, or tools like SAP, Similar to Workday, or SuccessFactors. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A track record of owning products end-to-end in fast-paced, agile environments. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Passion for building intuitive, user-centric experiences.
