Following several acquisitions, they’re unifying a suite of voice products with a clear focus on delivering best-in-class integrations between Microsoft Teams and Salesforce. They’re now hiring a hands-on Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of the telephony product suite. This is more than just a role — it’s an opportunity to grow with the business and shape its product future as they continue to scale. What we’re looking for: You're a technically strong product leader with a SaaS or engineering background, comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving environments. Solid experience with APIs and product architecture Deep knowledge of telephony (SIP, PBX, WebRTC, latency, call flows) Hands-on experience building Microsoft Teams integrations (Graph API, bots, tabs, messaging extensions, call routing) Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure (especially automation and configuration) Experience building native Salesforce experiences (Sales/Service Cloud) Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities Able to lead strategic conversations with clients while staying close to the details The role: You’ll take over product responsibilities from the founder and shape both short-term execution and long-term strategy. This is a highly visible role with potential to evolve into a VP of Product position.
