This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing, forward-thinking team and play a key role in optimising a mission-critical lending platform that supports asset finance and leasing operations. Role Overview: The Product Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner to analyse business requirements and drive platform enhancements across a leading asset finance system (Alfa Systems). You’ll be responsible for translating complex business needs into technical solutions, supporting the delivery of platform upgrades, and enabling the organisation to maintain a robust, scalable, and user-focused lending platform. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Product Owner to define, prioritise, and deliver platform enhancements aligned with business strategy Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Perform gap analyses to identify areas for system improvement or optimisation Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure solution alignment Support the full change lifecycle, including planning, testing, and implementation Analyse platform release notes and provide insights and recommendations to the business Act as a subject matter expert for Alfa Systems and provide day-to-day support Skills & Experience: Essential: Experience in product or business analysis roles within a technology or financial services environment Asset Finance Experience Familiarity with lending platforms (Alfa Systems preferred) and asset finance processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications Desirable: Experience with Alfa Systems or similar financial technology platforms Knowledge of asset finance and leasing products Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence Education & Qualifications: Preferred: Business Analysis certifications (e.g., BCS, CBAP) Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) Technical certifications in data analysis Competencies: Strong analytical thinking and judgement Effective planning and organisational skills If you're an experienced Product Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and you’re looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic organisation, apply today to find out more!
