We are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about marketing innovation , identifying gaps in the market , and bringing bold, creative ideas to life. This is a unique opportunity to shape next-generation loyalty programs and payment features that drive customer engagement, differentiate the brand, and open up new revenue streams. The Role: As a Product Owner, you’ll lead the discovery and development of innovative solutions that anticipate market needs and disrupt traditional loyalty and payment experiences. Working closely with marketing, design, and technical teams, you will gather insights, identify market opportunities, and create products that not only meet customer demands but also set new standards across the industry. You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, responsible for finding untapped opportunities, building the business case, and leading the roadmap to turn creative ideas into real, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify market gaps and emerging customer needs through research, insights, and competitor analysis. Develop a clear, forward-looking product vision focused on innovation and market differentiation. Bring bold ideas to the table, challenging traditional thinking and pushing creative boundaries. Partner closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure product-market fit and compelling value propositions. Define, prioritise, and manage a roadmap that aligns with strategic business growth targets. Work with technical teams to transform concepts into innovative, user-friendly features. Leverage customer and merchant data to refine propositions and ensure maximum impact. Act as an internal champion for innovation, continuously seeking out new technologies and partnership opportunities. What You'll Bring: 3–5 years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in fintech or a fast-paced digital environment. Strong background in marketing-led product development, loyalty, or customer engagement solutions. Proven track record of identifying new market opportunities and driving innovation from concept to delivery. Exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Agile product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Understanding of payment ecosystems, loyalty programs, and customer experience technologies. Degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, or a related field preferred.
