Contract GenAI Lead - Remote - Outside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Contract GenAI Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML with a focus on generative AI technologies, such as transformers, LLMs, and diffusion models. This role involves architecting, implementing, and scaling GenAI solutions that meet complex business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovative AI applications from ideation to production. Role Details: Contract Type: 6-month initial contract with strong potential for extension Location: Fully remote IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Rate: £400 - £450 per day Experience Required: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with a focus on generative AI Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions tailored to business requirements Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to align AI solutions with strategic goals Optimize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other GenAI technologies for specific use cases Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI models in production environments Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and integrate them into projects Requirements: Proven experience in deploying generative AI models in real-world applications Strong expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Proficiency in programming languages like Python Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
