Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain and enhance the performance, reliability, and integration of enterprise software solutions, including ERP, CRM, and CPQ, ensuring they support business needs effectively. - Evaluate and refine operational workflows to drive efficiencies in order processing, production scheduling, and inventory tracking. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of critical business data, including configuration details, stock levels, and financial metrics. - Design and deliver data-driven reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into operational performance, efficiency, and key business metrics. - Partner with teams across sales, finance, production, and IT to streamline data flow and process integration across business functions. - Lead and support the deployment of system updates, new modules, and feature enhancements, minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations. - Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, training materials, and technical documentation while conducting training sessions to improve user adoption and efficiency. - Tailor system functionalities to align with evolving business needs and industry best practices. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues within enterprise applications to ensure continuous business operations with minimal downtime. Skills & Requirements: - 3 years of experience supporting enterprise software solutions such as ERP, CRM, and BI platforms. - Hands-on experience with API integrations, including API documentation and software design best practices. - Strong background in managing Windows Server, IIS, and MS SQL Server environments. - Expertise in SQL development, including stored procedures, complex queries, and database optimization. - Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Excel for data visualization and analysis. - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or order management workflows is a plus. - Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field is preferred. tags: senior erp developer, senior database developer, senior it developer, senior crm developer
