Customer Service Representative Cheshire East | Full-time, Fully on site | 2 shift patterns available We have two roles available with 2 shift patterns. What You’ll Be Doing: Act as the go-to contact for customer questions, requests, and basic troubleshooting via phone, email, or chat Accurately log, track, and escalate issues in line with internal workflows and SLAs Work closely with cross-functional teams (including technical support and service delivery) to ensure smooth issue resolution Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and suggesting process enhancements What We’re Looking For: 1 years of customer support or service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) Experience using ticketing tools and CRMs Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and solutions Flexible to work shifts and collaborate in a team-first environment Nice to Have: Certifications like ITIL Foundation or Customer Service Excellence Experience in cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT support Why Join Us?
