Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Use insights to inform strategic decisions. Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and create frameworks for measuring the effectiveness of functional strategies. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on strategic initiatives. Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
