The Role As a Senior / Lead Front-End Developer, you'll provide technical leadership and mentorship, shaping scalable, high-performance applications that are critical to client success. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll drive innovation, influence best practices, and deliver solutions that make a real difference. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a talented team of developers. Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6). Collaborate closely with architects and teams to build scalable, secure solutions. Participate actively in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality, performant, accessible code. Stay ahead of industry trends and foster a culture of continuous learning. Engage directly with clients, providing technical leadership and strategic advice. Your Skills and Experience Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript. Proven experience with Express.js and Nunjucks. Familiarity with the (url removed) Design System and CASA UI framework. Experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL technologies. Knowledge of AWS cloud-native services (IAM, SQS, S3, Secrets Management, KMS). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git version control. Deep knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and performance best practices. A history of success mentoring developers and leading projects
