Position Overview: As the Technical Implementation & Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects, engaging with customers, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless integration of software and systems. You will be the go-to expert for technical support, ensuring exceptional service for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft tailored hybrid mailing and eDelivery solutions. Develop technical specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements. Conduct rigorous system testing to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards. Deploy and configure systems, ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure. Create automation scripts and workflows to optimise deployment and delivery processes. Provide first and second-level support for technical issues and monitor system performance. Maintain documentation for system configurations and client training. Act as a technical point of contact for clients during and after implementation. Conduct training sessions and gather feedback to enhance solutions. Identify process enhancements and stay updated on emerging technologies in mailing and eDelivery.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2 years in technical implementation or support roles. Proficiency in programming (Python, Java) and scripting for automation tasks. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-focused mindset.
