The SaaS company provides an in-demand digital solution and has partnered with several well-known names in its industry and continues to expand its client base and target sectors. They are going through an exciting phase of growth, scaling their technical teams, as well as raising the bar for talent even higher, so they can continue to innovate and push boundaries. Subsequently, they’re looking to recruit an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to help them on this journey. This client-facing role will focus on their B2B SaaS offering and will involve collaboration with multiple tech / digital teams to keep projects on schedule, whilst improving the quality of outputs. Additionally, it’s a chance to support quarterly roadmap planning, whilst leveraging your expertise to boost team efficiency, and enhance overall technical standards across the business unit. This will suit a Technical Delivery Manager that has gained B2B SaaS experience, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Furthermore, it requires the necessary communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, as well as the seniority to comfortably steer multiple concurrent projects, such as migrations, onboarding and integrations. The role offers a massive opportunity to come in at a time of hyper-growth and grow with the company – as the function builds out, it will offer more strategic and managerial responsibility, Requirements: 4 years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager. Good technical knowledge and mindset, preferably with an engineering background or Computer Science degree. B2B SaaS experience. Proficient in Agile, utilising different methodologies within cross-function teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
