Senior Product Owner

Salary: $90k - $100k/Year. Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Candidate to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic aerospace environment. The ideal candidate will drive Agile product development efforts, coordinate project deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, documentation, and execution using Agile and Lean principles Collaborate with engineering and product teams to track progress and manage dependencies Maintain status updates, KPIs, and action plans across teams and stakeholders Utilize tools like Rally, Aha! Confluence, and Microsoft Office for project tracking Provide clear communication across technical and business teams Drive process improvements and support continuous delivery efforts Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience (or equivalent) 3 years in technical product/project management Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and software development lifecycles Experience with project/resource planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working across time zones, with occasional EST/weekend support Certified Product Owner preferred Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90k - $100k/Year. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
