The Challenge You’ll be leading a high-performing team responsible for automating and streamlining supply chain processes across EMEA. Your focus will include: Driving the global digitalisation programme (SAP S/4HANA, Vendor Invoice Management, EDI, and more) Leading process mapping, integration, and data automation across functions Managing relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, manufacturers, and internal teams Championing efficiency through machine reading, automated sales order processing, and real-time analytics Using continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, errors, and manual tasks What You Bring You’re a digitally savvy, analytically-minded supply chain leader with: Deep knowledge of SAP systems (ECC & S/4HANA) and supply chain processes Strong project and people management skills Experience in process mapping, systems integration, and cross-functional leadership A structured, disciplined approach to change management Passion for improvement, efficiency, and innovation Why Monster Energy?
