Commercial Analytics & Systems Technical Manager Location : Uxbridge (Hybrid) Full-time | Permanent Our client, a global leader in the FMCG industry, is on a mission to elevate their commercial performance through smarter data systems, seamless insights, and scalable reporting tools. They’re looking for a Commercial Analytics & Systems Technical Manager to take charge of designing and developing modern analytics infrastructure — the backbone for business intelligence across multiple international markets. What You'll Do Connect and integrate multiple data sources (e.g. SAP, APIs) into clean, scalable databases Build, manage, and maintain robust systems using tools like Microsoft Fabric Develop Power BI dashboards and automations that deliver clear, actionable insights Proactively detect and prevent data quality issues Ensure governance, security, and user access protocols are rock solid Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement What You Bring Deep hands-on experience in Power BI , SQL, and database design Understanding of Microsoft Fabric , data pipelines, and source system connections Familiarity with SAP (even at a basic level) is a plus Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions Strong communication skills — especially with non-technical stakeholders Agile, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset Why This Role?
