Serve as a technical expert in Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud, translating business needs into AI-powered applications. Mentor teams and drive best practices in AI adoption Responsibilities Develop and implement custom AI solutions for enterprise clients. Serve as a technical expert in Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud, translating business needs into AI-powered applications. Mentor teams and drive best practices in AI adoption. Solution Development Architect custom generative AI solutions leveraging technologies for enterprise clients Build scalable, production-ready implementations that enhance creative workflows and automate content generation processes Create reusable frameworks and components that accelerate future implementations across clients Serve as technical authority during client engagements, providing expert guidance on generative AI capabilities and implementation approaches Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered creative and productivity solutions Lead discovery workshops and technical planning sessions to identify high-value generative AI use cases Research emerging generative AI trends and techniques to enhance implementation methodologies Develop best practices, technical documentation, and implementation guides for the broader consulting team Mentor junior consultants on effective generative AI solution delivery and technical problem-solving Required Skills 5 years building enterprise software solutions with 2 years focused on AI/ML implementations Demonstrated success delivering multiple complex technical projects under deadline pressure Experience consulting directly with clients on technology strategy and implementation Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, APIs, and integration methods across Creative and Experience Clouds Proficiency in front-end and back-end development with experience implementing advanced AI/ML solutions Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and generative AI performance optimization Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a consultative, client-focused approach Strong collaboration skills working across cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business leaders Benefits Market competitive salary, vacation and sick days Fully remote position, open to any Canadian resident Collaborative environment with weekly town halls ensuring all employees are engaged Profit sharing Health and dental plan Employee training and growth programs
