Akkodis is seeking a Technical Salesforce BSA for a Contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally, the successful candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce CRM as a Technical Lead with some SQL/SoQL queries, and plus will be having around AML, KYC, and/or Compliance project experience. The preferred candidate for large Canadian Banking/Financial Enterprise clients. Position: Technical Salesforce BSA Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Contract Must Have Skills 1. 10 years of experience as a BSA, with 3 years of experience as a technical lead 2. 2 years of recent experience with Salesforce CRM 3. Recent experience writing intermediate SQL/SoQL queries 4. Capital markets and global banking experience are required Nice-To-Have Skills: - Financial services experience is a plus around AML, KYC, and/or Compliance Best vs average: The ideal candidate will have very strong Salesforce experience. They would be a strong technical lead (not a people manager), who has significant experience with integration and enterprise-level solutioning. Candidates will be data-oriented. Typical Day in Role / Responsibilities: • Work closely with end users and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments as needed • Partner with Architecture on understanding the design and integration • Create an impact analysis document, User stories, and Design workflows for implementation • Deliver and enhance new and current solutions and applications • Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications, writing production-quality code, and implementing • Understand existing database schema, identify gaps, and recommend solutions • Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non-functional testing, regression testing, as well as performance testing • Support the solution in production (as needed) • Improve the end user experience by finding scalable solutions and addressing complex ad hoc queries. • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Coach and train end users (as needed). • Participate and run SCRUM Meetings (as needed).
