Product Lead FTC | London | Hybrid | up to £110,000 About the Company: Albert Bow has partnered with an amazing Fintech company within the banking space Backed by major financial institutions. This company connects banks through a shared data network, helping them manage risk smarter and save on costs across the board. Your Role: You’ll drive the evolution of the company’s cloud-based platform, delivering solutions that solve real client challenges and position the product as a market leader. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define problems, run user workshops, and shape product solutions Lead cross-functional squads, prioritize workloads, and deliver against OKRs with high-quality, tested releases Own the product roadmap, track key metrics, and support the development of product vision and strategy Mentor a Junior Product Manager and foster a culture of excellence Skills Needed: Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, data-driven environments within a Lead PM or Senior capacity Good understanding of data engineering and AI Setting product strategy and OKRs, managing tools like Jira and Confluence Mentoring teams to deliver impactful outcomes Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Benefits: Salary paying up to £110,000 25 days AL plus additional bank holidays Hybrid role Health insurance, plus a wide range of additional benefits As this role is a FTC I would recommend applying ASAP to avoid disappointment or send your CV directly to – cailacunningham@albertbow.com .
