Role Overview You’ll help create tools and systems that will support the next wave of deep tech startups. Your work will directly impact founders by enhancing their ability to network, fundraise, recruit, and grow. From building innovative AI-driven products to scaling solutions for thousands of future leaders, you'll be at the heart of something transformative. What You'll Do Develop data-centric tools and services that support portfolio founders and internal teams. Work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, collaborating with a small, high-performing team of engineers, product builders, and investors. Create pipelines, integrate multiple data sources, and build scalable solutions to help scientists and engineers become the next great founders. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Python Experience in data engineering, including SQL architecture, ETL, and integrating multiple data sources via APIs and webhooks. 3 years of experience working in high-growth startup environments or top-tier engineering teams. Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). A BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Ideal Traits Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects. Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration and feedback. A passion for solving large-scale global challenges through technology. Bonus Skills Experience working with or integrating existing machine learning models.
