ServiceNow Technical Consultant £65,000 - London About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our clients growing team. You’ll work on a range of ServiceNow projects for our clients, delivering configuration, implementation, and enhancement services across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Engage with clients to gather requirements, advise on best practices, and provide solution designs. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (primarily ITSM, with exposure to other areas like CSM, HRSD, or ITOM a plus). Support integration activities and data migrations. Produce clear documentation, reports, and training materials as required. About You: 3–5 years’ experience working with ServiceNow, either in a consulting, professional services, or internal project environment. Proven track record of delivering ServiceNow projects or supporting consulting engagements. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
