With continued growth, they’re now looking to bring an Software Support Engineer on board to provide internal and client-facing support. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues across the Microsoft stack and assisting users in a fast-paced but friendly environment. If you’ve previously worked with payroll or HR software, that’s a huge bonus! What you’ll be working with: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) Windows 10/11 Active Directory Azure AD Intune Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Troubleshooting hardware, printers, and mobile devices Supporting their inhouse HR software ✅ What they’re looking for: Proven IT support experience (2nd/3rd line) Great communication skills – you’ll be working closely with end-users and clients Any experience with HR or payroll software is a real advantage What’s in it for you?
