A key client of ours is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team in Bolton, on a fixed term basis for 9 months. Main Responsibilities Required of the 3rd Line Support Engineer: First point of escalation for the 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers Work closely with the IT Service Desk Manager to define and improve processes Create and build knowledge across the service desk and wider team Manage server accounts Support of cloud telephone systems Support networking equipment Key Experience Required of the 3rd Line Support Engineer 3-5 years experience within a 2nd/3rd Line Support role within a technical support desk or MSP Experience with server environments (Windows) Active Directory/Microsoft 365/Azure Understanding of virtualisation Understanding of network technologies The successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be paid a pro-rata'd salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
