We are hiring a Training Systems Analyst to support the Learning and Development team within the Human Resources department of a major energy infrastructure company. This role will play a key part in managing and enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a primary focus on Workday Learning and SuccessFactors. You'll be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, improving reporting processes, and ensuring smooth LMS operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide daily support and ongoing administration for LMS platforms (Workday and/or SuccessFactors) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning systems Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and compliance Support and guide LMS users, including learning admins and support staff Maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures Develop, update, and distribute training dashboards and reports Leverage Power BI to design insightful visualizations and dashboards Collaborate with stakeholders to support LMS governance and issue resolution Monitor and manage LMS updates and version releases Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience (intermediate level candidates will be considered) Hands-on experience working with LMS platforms, particularly Workday Learning and/or SuccessFactors Solid command of Microsoft Excel and other tools in the Microsoft Office Suite Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical system processes and functionality Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a systems-thinking mindset Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Assets / Preferred Skills Prior experience working with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or enterprise Data Lakes Proven problem-solving experience in complex LMS environments or enterprise training systems
