Key Responsibilities: Leading Cost Control Strategy Integrating Cost Management Systems Enhancing Financial Forecasting Driving Efficiency in Change Management Supplier & Contractor Integration Regulatory & Compliance Oversight Continuous Improvement Initiatives Enhancing Reporting & Transparency Key Requirements: 5 years’ experience leading cost control for major programmes. Programme reporting for senior management decision-making. Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Expert in cost management & EVM, including third-party data analysis. Integrated cost control across complex programme lifecycles. Strong project controls knowledge—planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Risk & opportunity management with financial forecasting expertise. Change management—identifying delays and mitigating costs.
