What You’ll Be Doing: Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships, delivering tailored recruitment strategies that actually work. Candidate Sourcing – Place top-tier talent across Software Engineering , ERP , and Cloud & DevOps . Business Development – Spot opportunities, win new business, and grow your own portfolio. Leadership & Mentorship – Share your experience and help guide junior consultants coming up behind you. Negotiation – Own conversations around fees, terms, and offers – you’ll be trusted to lead. Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of the curve and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
