Location: McLean, VA Job Description: We are looking for someone experienced with APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, Lightning application development, Lightning web components, Developer Console, Salesforce IDE (VS Code), unit testing, CI/CD deployment with AutoRabit (or similar tools), and integration of Salesforce with external systems via RESTful APIs. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies. Ensuring the craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions. Staying updated with current trends, experimenting with new technologies, participating in tech communities, and mentoring team members. Promoting innovation, adopting cutting-edge technologies, encouraging outside-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization. Assisting in hiring top engineering talent and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. The person we're looking for: Passionate about current tools and technologies, with effective implementation skills. Excited about Cloud Technologies like AWS, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Serverless. Curious, motivated, eager to contribute, and detail-oriented to enhance customer experience. Collaborative, efficient, values data and integrity, proud of their engineering craftsmanship, pragmatic, and resourceful. Ownership-minded, responsible for product and team success. Excellent communicator with strong reasoning skills, capable of influencing technology decisions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certified Developer or Administrator 2+ years with Salesforce Event streaming, Monitoring, and Alerting 2+ years with Salesforce DX and CI/CD 3+ years working with Apex classes and Visualforce pages 3+ years with Flows and Process Builder 3+ years with Git or other version control systems 3+ years in an Agile and DevOps environment 3+ years testing software applications Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
