You’ll take a lead role in shaping and expanding a consulting portfolio focused on digital transformation, operating model change, and technology-enabled solutions for insurance clients. The role blends strategic client engagement with commercial responsibility — owning revenue targets, developing pipeline, and leading consulting engagements that deliver meaningful outcomes. You’ll work with a high-performing team to expand the firm’s insurance footprint, with the freedom to shape go-to-market strategy and influence enterprise-level transformation agendas. Key Responsibilities Own and grow strategic client relationships within the insurance sector (General, Life, or Specialty). Develop and convert pipeline across digital transformation, operating model change, and technology consulting. Drive consulting revenue of £10M annually across key accounts. Lead major engagements, from scoping through to delivery, ensuring high-impact outcomes. Align delivery teams and subject matter experts around insurance-specific priorities. Provide strategic insight to client stakeholders across business and IT domains. Influence go-to-market positioning and solution development in the insurance space. About You Proven success in a senior consulting role, ideally Director/Associate Partner level. Strong commercial focus with a track record of revenue delivery and pipeline development. Deep understanding of the insurance sector, its challenges, and transformation levers. Experience leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams on complex client programmes. Strong C-level relationship management skills. Gravitas and presence to influence clients and represent the firm in key engagements.
