Job Title: Consulting Partner – Strategic Transformation & C-Suite Advisory Location: London (Hybrid) Company: Leading American Technology Consulting Firm​ Salary: £160,000 - £200,000 Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Partner to lead strategic transformation initiatives for our largest enterprise clients. This senior leadership role involves shaping and executing comprehensive change agendas that bridge business and IT, delivering end-to-end solutions across the entire customer ecosystem. You will be a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, driving profitable growth and positioning our firm as the go-to partner for complex, high-impact transformations.​ Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and lead enterprise-wide transformation strategies, aligning business objectives with technology solutions to drive measurable outcomes. C-Suite Engagement: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with senior executives, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic initiatives. Consulting Excellence: Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with client goals and firm standards. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships and contributing to revenue growth. Thought Leadership: Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital through publications, speaking engagements, and participation in industry forums. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.​ Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 15 years in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale business and IT transformations. Expertise: Deep knowledge of strategic consulting frameworks, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions. Client Relationships: Established relationships with C-suite executives, with experience in leading complex, cross-functional engagements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
