Lead Software Engineer – C#/.Net Location : Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site) Salary : Up to £68,000 base Overview: A high-growth digital delivery team within a global professional services firm is hiring five Lead Software Engineers to join its Leeds-based tech hub. This is a unique opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer to work on secure, high-impact systems without the distractions of client-facing or sales responsibilities. The team operates like a start-up within the enterprise—tech-first, agile, and focused on solving complex challenges for public sector and regulated clients. As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative, onshore-first engineering capability that values deep technical expertise and continuous learning.
