What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in large enterprise environments. Leading architectural design and governance across Salesforce Sales, Service, Commerce, and Data Cloud , with integrations into platforms like AWS. Translating business needs into scalable, high-impact technical solutions. Managing solution and business design risks, and leading mitigation strategies. Guiding and mentoring diverse teams—technical and non-technical—across engagements. Leading cross-functional teams and aligning architectural vision across delivery workstreams. Supporting pre-sales activities and developing comprehensive proposals and architectural strategies. Championing internal innovation and knowledge sharing. What You’ll Bring: 12 years in consulting and enterprise architecture roles, with 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience. Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. Strong experience in business process optimization , integration , and data management . Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills in matrixed, enterprise-scale environments. Ability to define future-state architectures and lead large-scale digital transformations. A strong grasp of Salesforce ecosystem tools (AppExchange, integration tools, etc.). Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Scaled Agile methodologies. Bonus Points for: Experience as a Senior Architect, CIO, or CTO in medium to large organisations. Salesforce Industries and Salesforce certifications . Background in enterprise integration (ESBs, ETL tools) and web services. Agile certification (e.g. SAFe).
