Senior Manager – SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Consultant Locations: London | Birmingham | Manchester Full-time | Hybrid | Up to 60% travel Ready to lead transformation at scale? We’re looking for an experienced SAP Materials Management Consultant (Senior Manager level) to help clients modernise their operations with SAP S/4HANA. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving with impact, and want to work on high-profile About the Role As a senior consultant, you'll be a critical part of large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes. Your focus will be leading materials management workstreams — from inventory management and MRP to master data design. Working closely with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors, you’ll combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape solutions that deliver real-world results. What You’ll Be Doing Leading SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) design and delivery across the full project lifecycle Advising clients on best practices in inventory, procurement, MRP, and material master data Managing key stakeholders and collaborating across teams to ensure project success Supporting business development, shaping proposals, and identifying opportunities Mentoring junior consultants and managing delivery teams (typically 2–5 people) Ensuring solutions align with business goals and industry best practices Balancing delivery with commercial acumen and financial project control ✅ You’ll Succeed If You Have Deep expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA MM , with strong knowledge across the MM process landscape Experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations (design through to go-live) Previous consulting experience with a hands-on, client-facing approach Excellent communication skills — able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders A track record of team leadership , delivery ownership, and stakeholder engagement Pre-sales or proposal development experience (a bonus but not essential) What’s in It for You?
