Our client, a digital services consultancy that combines data, human-centred design, and software engineering to deliver impactful solutions, is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager to take ownership of complex digital projects, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and shape the way services are delivered across the UK. As a Senior Delivery Manager , you’ll be the glue that holds teams together – coaching, guiding, and enabling success in a fast-paced Agile environment. You’ll work closely with clients, developers, designers, and analysts to keep delivery on track and outcomes aligned with what users really need. What you’ll do: Drive delivery of digital products and services with energy and precision Run Agile ceremonies and coach teams on delivery best practices Build strong relationships with stakeholders and keep everyone aligned Identify risks, unblock issues and enable continuous improvement Support and grow your team through line management and mentorship What you bring: Proven experience leading complex digital projects in an Agile environment Strong knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban, Lean or similar frameworks Confidence in managing client relationships and mixed teams Practical knowledge of user-centred design principles A calm, confident presence that motivates and supports others This is the perfect role for a Senior Delivery Manager who loves to lead, influence and deliver solutions that truly matter.
