About the Role: As an Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery — working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital services in line with GDS standards. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams using Agile methodologies. Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products, from discovery through to live. Ensure alignment with GDS principles and service standards. Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, sprint planning, etc.). Identify and remove delivery blockers, manage risks and dependencies Support and mentor team members in Agile practices and delivery excellence. About You: Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in a consultancy or public sector environment. Strong working knowledge of GDS and delivering projects within that framework. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Confident working in complex, fast-paced delivery environments. Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
