The Ideal Senior Oracle HCM Manager will have; Demonstrable experience in the delivery of Oracle programmes. Strong experience in HR leading transformation projects. Experience with other HCM cloud products (i.e. Workday, Service Now, Successfactors). Strong background in the consulting sector. Continued responsibility for the delivery of end to end workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure and test a module or process area for successful deployment.
