Our client works on life-changing projects across health, safety, and environmental sectors — and is looking for a Systems Analyst to join its digitally-driven transformation journey. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between operations, IT, and vendors — ensuring smooth day-to-day performance of enterprise systems while driving improvements and supporting broader digital strategy. What You’ll Do Provide operational support for core enterprise platforms (HR, Finance, ERP, integrations) Collaborate globally with internal teams and external vendors, managing escalations and ensuring service continuity Monitor and report on service performance using tools like Power BI and Excel Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Maintain strong vendor relationships and participate in service reviews to uphold performance standards What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of experience in enterprise systems or IT operations, ideally in a global organisation Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with experience in service performance monitoring and reporting Exposure to business systems (ERP, HR, Finance platforms) Familiarity with ITIL or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (desirable) What’s in It for You?
