The role will provide global support to support both long-term strategic projects as well as current projects including increasing user engagement and to be the first line of support to approximately 2000 users. The team are open, so would also consider candidates with a marketing background who have experience and an interest in data analytics and are detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities will include: •Responsible for promoting user engagement •Encourage user behaviour change through training and comms •Constructively challenge existing CRM processes including making recommendations that would increase team efficiency •Communicate and train on key system upgrades •Use reports and dashboards to monitor user adoption and usage KPIs The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with stakeholders and should have worked with databases. Experience with Salesforce is also desirable.
