Senior ETL Developer Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our consulting practice has an opening for a Senior ETL Developer to place at our client, a Top Five Bank. Client: Big 5 Bank Location: Hybrid, 1 day in office- Downtown Terms : 6 Months with possibility to extend. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end (E2E) conversion of Informatica code to Databricks. Utilize the EDH tool for data handling and management during the migration process. Ensure smooth and high-quality code migration, aligning the conversion process with the organization’s technical standards and business needs. Train and optimize the AI tools used for code conversion to maximize their effectiveness for future projects. Conduct code reviews to ensure that the converted code meets all performance, scalability, and functional standards before it is handed over to the Application Development (AD) team. Own the quality assurance process, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the code migration. Provide technical leadership and direction to the team, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the migration. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all data-related issues are addressed, and that the solution complies with data governance policies. Requirements: 5 years of hands-on experience in ETL processes, with expertise in Informatica , Databricks , and EDH tool . Proven experience leading complex migration projects from legacy ETL platforms to modern cloud-based systems. Strong expertise in data integration, data transformation, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with AI tools used for code conversion and enhancement. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on ensuring code quality and meeting performance standards. Strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Project management skills to drive timelines and deliverables to completion. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Informatica , Databricks , or related cloud technologies. Experience in training AI tools for code conversion. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform .
