Azure Cloud Architect

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Lead at the Director level to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our Azure-based cloud infrastructure. The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps practices, and the ability to drive operational excellence for our tax, audit, and accounting services. Qualifications 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps. Proven leadership at a Director or Senior Manager level. Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-400) highly desirable. Work Schedule Hybrid: 3 days in office (Iselin, NJ), 2 days remote. Standard business hours with occasional on-call support. Duration: 6 months, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance. Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
