Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst Areti Group have partnered with a scaling Fintech who are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools to join their Technology team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management, enrichment, and analysis of proprietary data, serving as a primary data support specialist across financial operations, customer service, and engineering teams. Hybrid London - 2 days per week Salary circa £70-90k ASAP start Responsibilities: Creating a comprehensive data strategy Executing the strategy by developing analytical models, reports, and dashboards, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. Establishing and documenting detailed data governance practices, procedures, and scalable solutions for a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME). Evaluating and validating data outputs while collaborating with developers to investigate, analyze, document, and resolve discrepancies. Partnering with engineers to establish best practices for data modeling, transformation, and visualization. Required Skills & Experience: Profound knowledge of data analysis methodologies, including user analytics, system integration, and reporting automation. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools. Extensive experience in designing and developing analytical scripts and dashboards. Expertise in managing data validation frameworks, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
