We’re looking for an Elixir Developer to help us design, build, and scale the backend powering our AI-driven automation systems. What You’ll Do Develop and optimize high-performance backend services using Elixir & OTP ⚙️ Design scalable architectures for AI-powered agents handling complex workflows Work with event-driven and distributed systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, GRPC) ☁️ Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP Integrate AI models & LLMs into production-ready systems Ensure security, scalability, and reliability across our platform Collaborate with AI researchers & frontend teams to deliver seamless experiences What We’re Looking For ✅ 5 years of experience building Elixir applications in production ✅ Strong understanding of OTP, Phoenix, LiveView, and distributed systems ✅ Experience working with event-driven architectures and real-time systems ✅ Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, GraphQL, or gRPC ✅ Passion for AI, automation, and cutting-edge backend technologies Bonus: Experience integrating LLMs or working with AI-driven systems Why Join Us?
