What You'll Be Doing Governance Management: Help shape and run the people governance frameworks. Oversee and test controls to ensure they match up with policies, procedures, and standards. Risk Radar: Proactively identify and track people-related risks. Help create and roll out strategies to keep risk under control before it becomes a problem. Consult & Influence: Be a trusted voice for senior stakeholders, guiding and supporting them to make informed governance decisions and embed a healthy risk culture. Reporting & Insights: Crunch the data and turn it into compelling reports and stories. You'll highlight trends, flag risks, and offer insights that drive smart decision-making at committee and board level. Policy Pro: Align policies to wider frameworks and manage activities like Conflict of Interest and Whistleblowing. Keep things tight, tidy, and transparent. Industry Watchdog: Keep an eye on the outside world, monitor trends in governance, risk, and compliance, and bring that knowledge back to the team with actionable recommendations.
