THE TEAM AND THE ROLE The ServiceNow Business Process Consulting (BPC) team assists our clients in optimizing their business processes. To support the deployment of our client projects, we are looking for a Business Process Consultant. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Work closely with the development team to prioritize and manage the product backlog. Ensure that the product vision and objectives are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders. Facilitate regular meetings with clients and the development team to review progress and gather feedback. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Train key users and support organizational change management. QUALIFICATIONS Education in Information Technology, or a related field. 5 years of experience in a similar role or as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. PSPO certification (required). Proficiency in process analysis and the design of complex workflows. Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Leadership, strong recommendations, and solution-oriented attitude. Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. ASSETS SecOps experience Any relevant certification (e.g., ITIL V3 or V4). Any relevant ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSM).
