About the role: This is a full-time, permanent role where detail matters and technical precision is key. As part of AV’s UK operations and reporting to the UK Winemaker, you’ll be central to making sure our wines meet all compliance, labelling, and technical standards across the UK and EU. Whether it’s keeping product data sharp, supporting sustainability reporting, or ensuring our wines are perfectly represented across digital platforms and sample libraries — you’ll be across it. You’ll work closely with teams across the business and have real ownership in a role that offers variety, impact, and visibility. We offer a hybrid working setup, with time split between our brand-new London Bridge office and working from home. What you’ll do: Maintain and manage product specifications and compliance documentation for the UK/EU market Keep digital systems (Brandbank, Bottlebooks, supplier portals) up to date with current product info and new launches Coordinate customer feedback reporting and support ongoing quality improvements with the UK Winemaker Oversee our wine sample library, ensuring smooth vintage transitions, approvals, and timely despatch Manage packaging compliance and submit EPR and RAM data in partnership with our Finance team Lead environmental regulation reporting and act as the UK contact for the Mango incident reporting system Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to ensure smooth communication and rollout of changes What you’ll bring: A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to documentation and compliance Confidence using digital platforms and managing technical data across multiple systems Clear, proactive communication skills – you know how to work across teams and with external partners The ability to manage multiple moving parts, stay organised, and keep things on track Ideally, experience in the wine industry, FMCG, or a similarly regulated environment WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine knowledge – you don’t need to be a winemaker, but you should speak the language Above all, a strong sense of ownership and pride in getting the details right Australian Vintage Benefits: We're proud to offer a strong benefits package that we know can make a big difference to work life and life outside of work.
