They are looking for a Technical Lead Developer to join their team and lead a high-profile project for the business. The company has experienced continued growth and acquisitions, meaning existing systems are being realigned and consolidated. You'll be working in a complex technical environment that includes both modern and legacy systems, with the opportunity to help shape the longer-term re-architecture strategy. The majority of the team is based in Cardiff and Swansea, and the company is looking for someone to be based hybrid in Cardiff to provide leadership and support to the development team.
