They're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join them as a 1st Line IT Support Apprentice . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to kickstart a career in IT. Youll be working as part of their friendly helpdesk team, learning how to solve real-world problems and deliver excellent support to our clients. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote tools Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues such as password resets, connectivity problems, and hardware/software support Log and track incidents and requests using the service desk system Escalate more complex issues to the 2nd Line Support team where necessary Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to build trust and rapport Keep users informed on progress and ensure timely resolution Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Fun social events and a company culture that values people Personal development opportunities Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: A confident communicator who enjoys helping others Friendly, professional, and a great team player Reliable and able to manage your time effectively A genuine interest in starting a long-term career in IT support GCSE Grade 5/C in English and grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role Your Training with Baltic: You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Support, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. Youll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
