IT Support Apprenticeship

A Typical Day in the Job: Provide 1st level IT support to Senior Technicians onsite and offsite Installing and configuring a wide range of hardware and software Use TeamViewer for remote access Communicate with customersthrough Naveris, Teams and face to face Conduct Server & Data backups Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £13,741 per annum Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Birthday celebrations Smart Casual Work with past apprentices Progression routes Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: A Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and Grade 5/C in English is required for the role Passion for IT Ability to work independently as well as in a team Good communication skills Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
