Bauer Media is seeking a Director of Live Operations to own the performance, strategy, and monetization of our Games & Competitions portfolio across markets. You’ll be at the centre of it all: Advising market CEOs and product leads on new game launches and monetization Rolling out testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement Defining and tracking KPIs to deliver on our consumer growth ambitions Creating a scalable portfolio across SMS, digital, and mobile formats Partnering with data, marketing, product and compliance teams across Europe What we’re looking for: 10 years in live game ops, product portfolios, or competition management Deep knowledge of real-time product engagement, monetization, and growth levers Experience leading cross-market initiatives iGaming, mobile gaming, or competitions background is essential This is a remote-first role with occasional travel.
