The Role We’re looking for a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing Technology team in Horsham. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining, supporting, and developing our internal infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our systems and services. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain core infrastructure including Windows Server, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and networking. • Support Azure and on-premise hybrid cloud environments. • Deliver infrastructure projects, upgrades, and automation improvements. • Monitor systems performance, ensuring 24/7 uptime and reliability. • Implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and patch management processes. • Collaborate with the wider IT and DevOps teams to ensure seamless service delivery. About You • Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/O365). • Hands-on knowledge of virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). • Proficient with Azure IaaS, security, and monitoring tools. • Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls). • PowerShell scripting or other automation tools a plus. • Experience working in a financial services or regulated environment is advantageous.
