We’re looking for a forward-thinking, technically savvy individual to lead and coordinate the implementation of automation systems that enhance business performance and reduce manual overhead. Role Overview As our AI Automation Coordinator , you’ll be the go-to person for identifying, implementing, and maintaining automations across marketing, operations, customer service, and finance. You’ll work cross-functionally with team leads to understand pain points and apply smart, AI-enabled solutions that help the business run smoother and faster. Key Responsibilities Research, evaluate, and implement AI and automation tools to improve internal workflows Collaborate with different departments to understand repetitive tasks and create automation solutions Configure and maintain no-code/low-code tools, AI agents, and custom automations Monitor performance of automations and ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability Document systems and provide training/support to relevant team members Stay up to date with emerging tools and best practices in AI and workflow automation Requirements Strong experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, N8N, Airtable Automations) Familiarity with generative AI tools and APIs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and systems thinking Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to optimize and iterate on systems Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or SaaS environments What We Offer A dynamic, remote-first team culture Flexible working hours and autonomy in your role Opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and shape how AI powers a modern eCommerce brand A chance to make a meaningful impact and grow with a fast-scaling company Paid vacation
