JD Edward Business Analyst Permanent role Hybrid- 4 days Location: Markham Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications the Senior ERP Business Analyst will support the ERP team to maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the information systems technology assets Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in requirements gathering, testing, and supporting business analysis activities Expertise in JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise 9.2, with proficiency in either sales and distribution or in HR/Payroll. Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting JDE Order to Cash, HR, Payroll or Financial Modules someone that can communicate at stakeholder level and managers, and who can learn quickly Knowledge of JDE Orchestrator and JDE development tools Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.) Proficiency in SQL and business analysis tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, user-friendly language Customer service-oriented mindset
