What You’ll Do Partner with the CTO to build and evolve our product from the ground up Ship fullstack features in Node.js, React, and TypeScript, fast Own performance, reliability, and production issues Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Customer teams Help set the bar for engineering culture, processes, and quality What We’re Looking For 3 years of experience in fullstack JavaScript (Node.js, React, TypeScript) Solid SQL knowledge, ideally with PostgreSQL Hands-on experience in an early-stage or fast-moving environment Problem-solver who’s comfortable with ambiguity and change Strong communicator, both technically and interpersonally High ownership mentality with a get-it-done attitude Growth mindset: open to feedback, fast to learn, always improving Proud of building a team that reflects the world we live in—currently an equal gender split and actively championing diversity across backgrounds, identities, and perspectives.
